The utter temerity of David Schoen!

David Schoen is a Montgomery, Alabama-based attorney whom is a Jew.

The mention of his religion is of no consequence, save perhaps, for the fact that he had asked for, then rescinded his request for the trial to take a day off – Saturday, beginning from sundown Friday, to sunrise Sunday (the Jewish “sabbath”) – to attend Synagogue, wear his little beanie, not use electricity, not serve dairy and meat together (like on a cheeseburger), or to practice whatever superstitious silliness that religiously observant Jews practice on Saturdays – just like Trump’s son-in-law Jared Kushner, who is married to Ivanka Trump, Loser Trump’s second child, and first-born daughter, of whom he said that he would be “dating her” (TRANSLATE: Having sex with) if he wasn’t married to Malaria, er… Melania, and noted that she was a “fine piece of ass.”

The TEMERITY to quote Lincoln in his closing remarks!

Is he trying to defend, or prosecute his client?

The atrocity occurs very near the closing after 3:57… that’s 3 HOURS and 57 minutes.

Schoen is the 3rd, or 4th string.

Loser Trumpanzee can barely sign his name with a Sharpie permanent marker. He butchers words like “Yosemite” pronouncing it instead as “Yo – Semite” as if he were talking to his bigoted Semite son-in-law, Jared Kushner. Yeah… the bigot who was credibly accused of housing discrimination (he’s a slumlord) against Blacks, and rather than go to trial, agreed to pay a penalty, instead… while not admitting guilt, of course. And his old man (his father) Charles Kushner, age 66, was convicted of numerous Federal crimes:

First, he was investigated for making illegal campaign donations in 2003.

His brother-in-law and former business partner William Schulder assisted prosecutors, and in retaliation, Charles hired a prostitute to attempt to seduce Schulder, which was Kushner had recorded with a hidden camera and then delivered the tapes to Schulder’s wife as revenge.

Eventually, Charles plead guilty to 16 counts of tax evasion, one count of retaliating against a Federal witness, and one count of lying to the Federal Election Commission. He served a 14-month Federal prison sentence at the “country club” of Federal prisons – Maxwell Air Force Base, in Montgomery, Alabama.

Starting to see a pattern there?

By the way… Chris Christie, was then-US attorney for New Jersey, prosecuted Charles Kushner, and in 2019, told PBS’s Margaret Hoover on “Firing Line” it was “one of the most loathsome, disgusting crimes that I prosecuted.”

A real nice guy, and fine gentleman to be in business with, eh?

Kushner & son are a real pieces of hog shit – the linked story details how, and their numerous crimes to which they plead guilty, and the low-life scummy things that they did.

That’s the kind of company that Trumpanzee keeps. Oh… and Trumpanzee gave him a full and complete pardon.

The Capitol Police only made one mistake:

They didn’t kill every single one of the attackers/invader traitor insurrectionists.

At the first breach of an external barrier, they should have used their batons/billy clubs and broken the hands, arms, and skulls of every person who pushed the barriers.

The Capitol Police SHOULD HAVE BEEN ARMED WITH FULLY AUTOMATIC WEAPONS, and SHOULD HAVE USED THEM to mow down every goddamned one of the traitorous bastard insurrectionists.

Every.

Single.

One.

Those traitors’ blood should have flowed like blood in an abattoir.

Maybe the Capitol Police should have been armed with flame throwers, instead.

You know… to barbecue the traitorous insurrectionists.
