"… there is no such thing as nothing."

LOGIC: If bin Laden is not dead, there was no @realDonaldTrump #GoldenShowerGate. Here’s why.

Most would agree that Osama bin Laden is dead, that he was killed by a TOP SECRET CIA-led joint U.S. Military operation code-named Operation Neptune Spear, which was executed by the U.S. Naval Special Warfare Development Group, aka DEVGRU, or commonly as SEAL Team Six.

DEVGRU and the Army’s 1st Special Forces Operational Detachment-Delta (1st SFOD-D), aka “Delta Force,” are the DOD’s elite counterterrorism task force units, both which operate under the Joint Special Operation Command (JSOC).

Also involved in Operation Neptune Spear was the 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment (Airborne) “Nightstalkers,” (SOAR(A)) from Ft. Campbell, KY, and the CIA’s Special Activities Division (SAD), the most secretive of all clandestine agencies, whose members – if compromised – are denied by the United States Government.

But it was the United States Naval Special Warfare Development Group’s DEVGRU that was Operation Neptune Spear’s fatal piercing point for Osama bin Laden.

The general public has not ever seen images of Osama bin Laden’s corpse. Nor are they likely ever to see them. At least not in this lifetime.

In addition to President of the United States Barack Obama, one of the less-than-fifty-people who ever saw them was Republican Senator James Inhofe, who described in part what he saw to CNN: “One of the shots went through the ear and out through an eye socket, or through the eye socket and out through the ear and exploded, that was the kind of ordinance it was. That caused the brains to be hanging out of the eye socket. Absolutely no question about it. A lot of people out there say: ‘I want to see the pictures,’ but I’ve already seen them. That was him. He’s gone. He’s history.”

President Obama, who ordered the mission, said in part to CBS News that, “Keep in mind that we are absolutely certain this was him. We’ve done DNA sampling and testing. And so there is no doubt that we killed Osama bin Laden. It is important for us to make sure that very graphic photos of somebody who was shot in the head are not floating around as an incitement to additional violence. As a propaganda tool.”

Following President Obama’s White House announcement May 2, 2011 that bin Laden had been killed, speculation quickly arose that the death was falsified, that it – like some imagine the Moon Landing – was somehow “faked.”

Lack of publicly available images and details on the TOP SECRET Operation Neptune Spear only fueled specious speculation which, like wildfire, spread throughout the tinfoil-hat-wearing conspiracy community.

It was nearly two years later, in February 2013, that a retired DEVGRU member, in an anonymous interview with Esquire magazine, talked about his participation. Slightly over one year later, in October 2014, ever quick to take the ratings bait, Fox News promoted an anonymized special news interview entitled “The Man Who Killed Osama bin Laden” in which they titillated viewers with ostensible claims that they would reveal mission details, and his identity.

Only after a military blog had linked his name to the story did Robert J. “Rob” O’Neill admit that he fired the shots that killed bin Laden who cowered in a bathroom.

In response to O’Neill’s confession of involvement, Naval Special Warfare Commanding Officer Rear Admiral Brian L. Losey, and Force Master Chief Michael L. Magaraci issued a public statement October 31, which in part read, “We do not abide willful or selfish disregard for our core values in return for public notoriety or financial gain. A critical tenant of our ethos is ’I do not advertise the nature of my work, nor seek recognition for my actions.’ Our ethos is a life-long commitment and obligation, both in and out of the service. Violators of our ethos are neither teammates in good standing, nor teammates who represent Naval Special Warfare.”

Another one of Operation Neptune Spear’s DEVGRU members was Matthew Bissonnette who, under the pseudonym Mark Owen, penned a book published in 2012 about the event entitled “No Easy Day: The Firsthand Account of the Mission that Killed Osama bin Laden.”

Bissionette quickly became the subject of an extensive Department of Defense criminal investigation not only because of his tell-all, but also because he had reputedly kept a thumb-drive which contained battle-scene postmortem images of OBL.

That he broke an “unwritten code of silence” regarding participation in secure missions (for which the clandestine community would permanently shun him) was not a legal concern per se inasmuch as he had violated a Non-Disclosure Agreement which he signed, about which Pentagon General Counsel Jeh Johnson wrote to him that “You are in material breach and violation of the non-disclosure agreements you signed. The Department of Defense is considering pursuing against you, and all those acting in concert with you, all remedies legally available to us in light of this situation.”

After the dust had settled, even having employing high-powered, and high-priced attorneys, Bissionette was ordered to repay the United States Government ALL monies earned from sales of the book, and from all events associated with it, which totaled $6.8 Million.

Following conclusion of the case against him, Bissonnette later apologized saying, “I acknowledge my mistake and have paid a stiff price, both personally and financially, for that error. I accept responsibility for failing to submit the book for review and apologize sincerely for my oversight.”

The eight other current SEALS whom he recruited, under the guise of “advisors” or “consultants,” to sell secret details of missions – including armaments and techniques – to video gaming companies, were punished by the DOD with forfeiture of pay, reduction in rank, and loss of security clearances.

Those acts were all – without question – treason against the United States. The men were lucky they weren’t sentenced to life imprisonment, or even death. As a civilian, Bissionette also now faces the possibility that he may be killed by subversive foreign operatives.

After-the-fact apologies for “collateral damage” won’t ever cut it.

Those who work in the Clandestine Services often face Life-or-Death scenarios. The men and women who are its members swear allegiance to the Constitution of the United States. Their service to and for our freedom is like a marriage insofar is it is “Till death us do part,” because there is not now – nor has there ever been – options for divorce decree. It is a marriage for the duration of one’s lifetime.

Fast Forward three years.

We’re now brought to another, more modern, yet no less striking, matter of a report collected and disseminated anonymously by a retired MI6 agent, which is the Secret Intelligence Service, a British clandestine service also known as Military Intelligence, Section 6.

It concerns a report that secret Russian government intelligence operatives – through their Federal Security Bureau, a modern-day KGB – have evidence of Donald Trump’s November 2013 so-called “Golden ShowerGate” episode in the Moscow Ritz-Carlton hotel, and another location. The report was identified as consisting of “more than one tape,” “audio and video,” on “more than one date,” and occurring in “more than one place.”

The same Doubting Thomases, the same arm-chair spies, the same know-it-all pundits, the same tin-foil-hat-wearing conspiracy theorists, the same moon-landing-was-faked people – including Donald Trump – have dismissed it as “fake news” simply because they have neither seen, nor heard any evidence.

Furthermore, for those Doubting Thomases, arm-chair spies, know-it-all pundits, tin-foil-hat-wearing conspiracy theorists, moon-landing-was-faked people – including Donald Trump – to pooh-pooh the report, is a slap in the face to the Clandestine Services of the United States, a knee to the groin of the U.S. Military, and every member of the CIA, FBI, and every other domestic covert operative in the United States.

I submit that if we used the same reasoning as those naysayers are on bin Laden’s death, one would say bin Laden was alive simply because they’ve not seen the pictures. And we know that is not the case.

Clandestine services are clandestine for very good reasons, as previously stated.

Regardless whether you voted for him, voted against him, or didn’t vote at all… Donald Trump’s regime is not getting off to a good start.

And that does not portend well for our nation.
