#BREAKING NEWS! Florida Man Makes Funny Picture Holding Cat. Folks Get Mad… Again.

Recently, someone posted on FaceBook an image which almost instantly got some people frothing at the mouth.

Here’s a screenshot of the image as it appeared on Occupy Democrats FaceBook page.

The image is of a man later identified as Thomas Mcguinness of Port Charlotte, Florida, holding a cat by the scruff of its neck, who was subsequently investigated by Charlotte County Animal Control authorities. According to a report by the Fort Myers/Cape Coral News-Press, “after identifying the man in the picture as Thomas McGuinness, Animal Control officers met with him and all responsible parties, verifying that all of the domestic animals were alive and unharmed.”

Some folks get their panties in a wad over anything.

I find no problem with that image, for the following reasons:

1.) Cats held in that manner are naturally calm – kittens are so carried by the mother.

2.) Folks shouldn’t get their panties in a wad over every little inane & dumb picture; note the recent hyperbole and frothing at the mouth about an Alabama man found copulating with a pig in Wal-Mart… which was purely satirically sophomoric humor on a humor website. It was actually his mother.

3.) It’s Comédie Noire. Get over it. Or, are you, the viewer/reader “offended”? I am reminded of Charlie Hebdo. Free speech sucks… especially when you disagree with it.

8.) There’s nothing quite like being played for a fool.

9.) I am intolerant of intolerance.

For some folks to get all up in arms about this, is kinda’ like going to the doctor’s office and reading the magazines lying around the waiting room.

I just read about the Titanic sinking.

What a tragedy!

Besides, the man-holds-cat story dates from 2014.
