A special thanks to Tim Hall, and Rikki Klaus of WHNT channel 19 (CBS) of Huntsville, AL who investigated the issue surrounding Amy Bishop’s incarceration, her pay and the pay of her wounded former colleagues.

It turns out that UAH has decided to suspend Amy Bishop without pay since the day of her arrest on three charges each of capital murder, and attempted murder.

As well, the injured professors are receiving their full (100%) pay, rather than getting a 33 1/3% cut as the on-the-job-injured-employee policy states.
