A 19-year-old mother is under arrest on child abuse and aggravated DUI charges after police say she left her five-week-old baby strapped in a car seat on top of her 2000 Ford Focus and drove off.
Loser of the Week: 19 year-old Catalina Clouser, pictured here in this booking photo by the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office (AZ), was stoned on marijuana and left her baby on the roof of her car, then drove off. Authorities found the baby in the road.
The child is said to be in good condition and now in custody of Arizona Child Protective Services.
At about 1 a.m. Saturday, Phoenix police officers got calls from the 45th Avenue and Cholla area, just south of Cactus Road, that a baby was in a car seat in the middle of a road.
Phoenix Fire Department officials found the baby and Read the rest of this entry »

Black and White Looney Tunes opening title
Who hasn’t heard the joke that “Bosses are like dirty diapers: Always on your ass, and full of shit.”?
It’s a proverbial oldie, but goodie.
And, like all humor, it must contain an element of truth.
While the purpose of this post is Read the rest of this entry »

Those crazy Brits…
I’m surprised also that medical and other ethicists have not jumped on this issue – even that the government has allowed this, which is the sale of human tissue. Hair, however, is sold – but body parts, such as cornea, heart and/or valves, etc., are not. That, of course, is also entirely discounting that many medications are excreted in breast milk. For example also, what happens when the supply is gone?
Reckon what the LaLeche League thinks of this?
And then, there’s the inevitable humor that will result.

A restaurant in London’s Covent Garden is serving a new range of ice cream, made with breast milk.
The dessert, called Baby Gaga, is churned with donations from London mother Read the rest of this entry »

Here is yet another reason to AVOID using baby formula, and use the God-given, all-natural, built-in, milk-producing, baby-feeding device known as the “breast”!
The reader should take careful note to the headline I wrote, versus the headline the other news writer chose. It may be a fine line to discern, but as you’ll read, you will understand why I chose mine – which I believe accurate. The other headline is misleading.
“The timing of solid foods didn’t increase the odds of becoming obese in youngsters who were breast-fed,” but infants who stopped breast feeding before 4 months, or were not breast fed at all were “linked to a sixfold increase in the risk of obesity.” …Click HERE to read the story…

Behold the words of the Anointed One: “Jesus replied, “You unbelieving and corrupt generation! How long must I be with you? How long must I put up with you? Bring him here to me!“” (GWT)
The modern vernacular might be: “You bunch of idiots! How long do I have to put up with your stupid shit? Bring him here!“
I get a kick out of watching the variety of “Jesus” movies. You’ve probably seen ‘em just as I have. They appear in their various forms on TBN and other religious channels on satellite teevee. Frequently, Jesus is heard speaking with a British accent. Blow me down, limeys! God save the queen!
It’s hilarious to watch the actors portraying the Son of God and walk around like He’s …Continue…
